      GRACEFUL GOND

      It is a popular folk painting form of the Gond tribes of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. The paintings depict folk stories,
      gods and goddesses, and nature. Traditionally they too, like most tribal paintings, were made on mud walls. They are very
      colourful and creative. The Gondi people believe that viewing a good image begets good luck !
